Students may cancel their admission before the commencement of the first live class and receive a 100% refund of the course fee, after deducting any non-refundable payment gateway or bank transaction charges, if applicable.
Students may request a refund within 3 calendar days from the commencement of the first live class, provided that:
There has not been substantial access to recorded lectures, study materials, or other course resources.
The request is submitted by email to gsbi@gsbi.in.
If approved, GSBI may deduct a reasonable administrative charge before processing the refund.
No refund requests will be accepted:
After 3 calendar days from the commencement of the first live class, or
After substantial access to course materials, recorded lectures, test series, or other academic resources,
whichever occurs earlier.
Any duplicate or excess payment made due to a technical or banking error will be refunded after verification.
If GSBI is unable to commence or continue the course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be informed of the available options, which may include rescheduling, batch transfer, or an appropriate refund.
Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–10 working days through the original mode of payment.
GSBI reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be published on the official website.
